Bali - The international airport of Bali is Ngurah Rai International Airport (IATA: DPS - more known as Denpasar International Airport).
It is directly frequented by major airlines from Australia, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Singapore, UAE or via Jakarta. Bali Harmony Retreat is between 60-90 minutes from the airport (depending on traffic). We can organize airport pickup at DPS to bring you directly to Bali Harmony Retreat, kindly let us know your flight details so that we can arrange your pickup if you require. The cost for airport transfer is 350,000Rp.

Visa Exemption – Nationals from the ASEAN countries (Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam) can enter without a visa (max 30 days)

Visa on Arrival - Bali currently offers a 30 day Visa on Arrival if your passport is from an approved VoA country. For a full list of approved check here. VoA Price is IDR 500,000 (approx. USD 35 / AUD 50)

N.B. You will also need to have a passport that is valid for another 6 months with one empty page and a return ticket to enter Indonesia for 30 days.

COVID19 - Yes, in order to enter Indonesia, travellers aged 18 and older need to display a COVID vaccine passport or vaccination certificate.

Accepted vaccines are Pfizer, Moderna, Sinovac, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson and Sinopharm.

Alternatively you can show an excemption certificate if you are Unvaccinated.

Travelers are considered vaccinated if all doses of a vaccine against SARS-Cov-2 have been administered for at least two weeks before travelling.

OTHER - No, however, it is recommended to have a vaccination to cover against Hepatitis A if you haven’t had this already.

We would recommend to bring only the required amount of prescribed drugs for your own consumption in order to avoid any troubles with customs. For drugs which require a doctor's prescription kindly bring the prescription as proof as well.

In regards to marijuana or cannabis (even prescribed for medical reasons) you must not bring them with you in any case. Indonesia has very strict laws in regards to recreational drugs and possession will lead to imprisonment and trafficking even to the death penalty.

The accommodation is for 7 nights which will give us 6 full days for the retreat. The exact dates are published on the retreat page or just ask us if in doubt.

On the arrival / check-in day there will be a welcome circle and group and then dinner in the evening, we ask you be at Harmony by 4pm.

For check-out, departure will be mid morning on the last day.

Absolutely. We schedule free time everyday to allow you an opportunity to relax, absorb the information, explore Canggu, shop or maybe just chill on the beach. We also organise an excursion to Ubud sound healing pyramids.

Besides yourself, just bring light comfortable cloths, bathers, hats etc just the usual clothing you would pack for a summer get away.
Bali has a tropical climate and temperatures are always between 20 and 30 degrees Celsius everyday. For yoga just wear whatever is comfortable for you

No, we will cater for all levels of yoga and meditation skills, in fact our aim is to teach everyone basic skills that you can take home with you.

No, yoga mats and all other equipment will be provided for you. But you can bring your own if you prefer.

No, we believe that it would bring too much distraction for the participant. If your partner wants to come to Bali with you we can help arrange accommodation at a separate venue nearby.

Yes, we are have planned our dates out into 2024 so there should be plenty of options for you to choose from. Upon confirmation of your place, a 20% non-refundable deposit is payable.

The balance of monies is payable 60 days prior to commencement of the retreat.

Any cancellation will result in the loss of monies paid (either deposit only or full amount) as per the above payment timeline.

If the retreat is cancelled by the retreat host or facilitators, all participants will receive a full refund. However, any travel expenses will NOT be reimbursed.
